Other diseases that aren't so "common"

Pigs get sick just like any other animal/pet. I believe pigs are even more susceptible to certain illnesses simply because they spend their time digging around in the dirt, potentially being exposed to all kinds of bacteria and funguses. Some illnesses and diseases are discussed rather frequently, however, we are seeing more and more people discussing illnesses that aren't commonly seen, but definitely something that needs to be included on the website. Some of these diseases may be parasitic in nature, viral, bacterial or even due to a compromised immune system. Each page will be linked here.
